We wanted a European coffee that contains no toxins or mould and has an excellent taste. After a long journey, we ended up at a coffee roasting company in Slovakia that already won many awards. They believe that partnerships with coffee farms must be sustainable and consistently offer a win-win situation to last.
Slow roasting guarantees that the taste is optimal, without any bitterness or burnt aftertaste. To maintain the same consistent flavour in each batch, our roasting process is a mix of traditional cupping by master roasters and scientific sampling with a roast profile. The roasting process is optimised according to the latest scientific research and European standards. We take into consideration many factors affecting the quality: weather, the temperature of the beans, and even humidity.
The natural processing method ensures lower acidity and more sweetness, with a perfect flavour combination of dark chocolate and nuts.
We don’t do dark roasting, like most commercial coffees, who actually try to cover the flaws of bad-quality beans. By over-roasting, the coffee gets a strong flavour that hides the toxins and oxidation. NoordCode Pure Coffee Medium Roast Ground is ideally roasted, and you’ll notice the difference.
We monitor the quality by testing the coffee beans in an independent laboratory.
NoordCode Pure Coffee Medium Roast Ground is ideal for filter coffee and Pour-over coffee. It can also be used in the French Press or AeroPress.

"I buy this because it is a pure, mold-tested coffee and I appreciate how it is packaged in an airtight canister. The coffee itself is ground very finely and foams nicely when stirred. It has a balanced, nutty flavor and although I personally prefer a dark roast with chocolate notes, it is still good and I will keep purchasing it.
