How can you tell that NoordCode products are high quality?
We prove the quality of our foods and supplements by lab tests and certificates. Our strategy is to develop and sell only products that are significantly better than other products on the market. We want to do things better, and provide higher-quality nourishment with European sourcing and manufacturing. For us, it’s as important to have pure ingredients as it is to enjoy what you are eating. Therefore, NoordCode products taste delicious and are a true pleasure to use on a daily basis.
Are all NoordCode products organic?
We look for organic ingredients whenever possible. Sometimes the farms don't have an official certificate for organic production even though their farming were as pure and ecological as possible. The certification is an expensive process, and sometimes passive organic products make more sense for both the producer and consumer.What does “Pure Ingredients” mean?
NoordCode functional foods and supplements are made of highest quality ingredients; no fillers, no growth hormones, antibiotics, toxins, mould, or oxidation. We use grass-fed, organic, alpine cow’s milk, and raw, pure ingredients whenever possible. That’s why the word “Pure” represents our product line perfectly.
What does “grass-fed” mean?
Grass-fed means the cows have been eating only grass, while grazing freely on the Alps. Grass-fed cows are healthier than farmed cows which are fed grains, antibiotics, and hormones. The saying “you are what you eat”, starts from the beginning of the food chain.
What kind of lab tests do you do?
To make sure that our products meet the highest standards, we test them in an independent laboratory. For coffee, we test aflatoxins and moulds because it’s very important that the coffee beans are as clean as possible. We also test MCT-oil for oxidation and fatty acid profile (ratio of C8 and C10 oils). Collagen powder has many valuable amino acids, and by testing them we confirm the exact ratio. NoordCode Pure Ghee is also tested for being lactose-free and free of oxidation.
Why do you focus on European sourcing and manufacturing?
The idea for NoordCode products was born when the founders realised how difficult it is to purchase high-quality nutritional products which are delicious, made in Europe, and also reasonably priced. Majority of the nutrition products sold in EU are imported from around the world. This doesn’t make sense, since we have very high quality foods in Europe, and importing makes the costs and prices rise due to logistics and customs.
What do NoordCode products taste like?
Many healthy food products don’t necessarily taste that good. In our product development, we make sure that also the taste is delicious. For example, NoordCode Coffee roasting process has been refined so that the beans are optimally roasted, without bitter aftertaste. Ghee is another good example; we are very proud of this creamy delicacy. You only need to try one spoon to notice the difference!
Ordering
How do I know my order was completed?
You will receive email confirmation once the order has been finalized.
Do you want to cancel your order or change something?
Please send us an email with your order number <ORD*****NC>. In some cases we can still remove the order from the ordering process. The alternative is to refuse the order upon delivery. It will then automatically be returned and we will reimburse the purchase amount.
To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the EU, UK and Switserland (check Shipping & Returns).
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with details about your order and delivery. Included is also a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your order.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days after placing the order, please contact NoordCode customer service. Did you not receive an answer from us within one working day? Then this may have ended up in your spam filter.
The tracking links says delivered, but I haven't received anything. What to do?
Sometimes parcels are delivered somewhere else if you're not at home, but unfortunately this is not always indicated in the tracking link. So if your parcel has been delivered and you do not know where, please let us know as soon as possible, but within two weeks at the latest. We have four weeks to investigate. For this purpose, carriers ask for a non-receipt statement completed and signed by the recipient, which we will send to you. Send this back to us as soon as possible so we can start the investigation for you.
My order got damaged. What can I do?
Unfortunately it can sometimes happen that a package or its contents arrive damaged. If this happens, please send us an e-mail + photos of the box, the address label, the contents and the damaged products as soon as possible. Then we will solve it for you.
My product is no longer good
Although we treat our products with the utmost care, it can sometimes happen that something is not right. So if you receive anything that is broken or smells or tastes out of place, please let us know as soon as possible! We will solve it, but we also want to investigate it properly. Therefore, please send clear pictures of the product, the packaging, the best-before date and the Batch code. Also keep the product until we have responded to your message.
What if I’m not happy with the products?
In case you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return the products within 14 days. Send in such cases an email to service@noordcode.com. We will resolve your request as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied the way we handle your complaint, you can contact geschillenommissie of the Thuiswinkel Organisatie or the European ODR platform.
How can I change my account details?
You can view and edit your account information by clicking "Account" icon on the upper right corner of the page.
Why should I create an account when ordering?
It’s easier for you in the future, when you order again. Then your information will be automatically filled for you. You can also view your previous orders and check the delivery status. Creating an account gives you direct access to the NoordCode Reward Programme.
Why is my coupon code not working?
Have you added a bundle to your order? This is probably why the coupon code is not working. Coupon codes cannot be applied to bundles. Didn't add a bundle to your basket? Send an e-mail to service@noordcode.com

Reward programme
How do I earn rewards?
Everyone with an account at NoordCode automatically earns reward points.
You will receive 5 reward point per €1. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, the rewards will automatically be added to your account.
Where can I see my rewards?
To see how many reward points you have saved so far, go to your account menu. Here you will see a menu on the left side with different options. Click on 'Rewards' to see your accumulated reward points. Here you will also see the progress of your rewards, i.e. how many more points you have to accumulate before you can redeem them for a purchase. Please note that for existing accounts, you need to enter a mobile number to see the rewards, if the mobile nummer is still missing.
How can I redeem my rewards?
First, make sure you are logged in if you want to redeem points. Then you have two options:- The easiest option is to use the dropdown in the checkout. The dropdown will show all your available discount rewards.
You will find the dropdown in the right column on your desktop. You will find the input on mobile at the end of the page. Remember to click on the button to the right of your entry to apply the reward. - The second option is to open your account or the "Loyalty Programme" page. Both pages give you an overview of all possible and available rewards. If you claim a reward on this page, you will get a code to use at checkout.
Then, proceed to the checkout. You will find the input field in the right column on your desktop. You will find the input on mobile at the end of the page. Remember to click on the button to the right of your entry to apply the reward.
You can't combine loyalty points and discount codes. You can use only one code per order.
