Everyone with an account at NoordCode automatically earns reward points.

You will receive 5 reward points per €1. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, the rewards will automatically be added to your account.

To see how many reward points you have saved so far, go to your account menu. Here you will see a menu on the left side with different options. Click on 'Rewards' to see your accumulated reward points. Here you will also see the progress of your rewards, i.e. how many more points you have to collect before you can redeem them for a purchase. Please note that for existing accounts, you need to enter a mobile number to see the rewards, if the mobile nummer is still missing.

First, make sure you are logged in to redeem points. Then you have two options:

1. The easiest option is to use the dropdown in the checkout. The dropdown will show all your available discount rewards.
   You will find the dropdown in the right column on your desktop. You will find the input on mobile at the end of the page. Remember to click on the button to the right of your entry to apply the reward.
2. The second option is to open your account or the "Loyalty Programme" page. Both pages provide an overview of all possible and available rewards. If you claim a reward on this page, you will get a code to use at checkout.
   Then, proceed to the checkout. You will find the input field in the right column on your desktop. You will find the input on mobile at the end of the page. Remember to click on the button to the right of your entry to apply the reward.

You can't combine loyalty points and discount codes (like fe VOLUME DISCOUNT). You can use only one code per order.

You can earn extra points by referring friends who are not yet known to us through the NoordCode Loyalty Programme. Your friends will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase if they spend more than €50. You will earn 1,000 points (€10) with their order. Please note:

• The purchase must be made using the same email address that the friend used to receive the invitation.
• The discount in the referral link cannot be combined with other discount codes (like fe VOLUME DISCOUNT). 
• We cannot make any corrections to the points for the referrer or the recipient after the purchase is done.
• For fraud prevention reasons, it is not possible to refer friends who share the same (IP) address.
