"The formula is excellent; the flavor, regrettably, is not. It's a real effort to finish, which is a shame given how good the underlying product is. LMNT (sadly unavailable in Europe) is miles ahead on taste and a genuine pleasure to drink. Palatability can't be an insurmountable problem if other brands have solved it — and for a product one is meant to drink daily, it matters."
"Dissolves very well in water (I take about 800 ml). The lemon taste hides the electrolytes well. It makes me drink more water throughout the day. There is only 100 mg magnesium in the drink. More magnesium would be better, I'm still supplementing that separately to improve muscle relaxation."
