Organic whey protein

Whey is an organically produced pure whey protein concentrate (80%). Whey is the part of milk that remains liquid after adding rennet, as in cheese making. The milk comes from grass-fed cows grazing in the Alps. The cows only eat grass or grass products from pastures that have never been exposed to pesticides. They are kept in accordance with organic guidelines. This is best for the cows, the environment and the quality of the whey protein.

Soft processing without irradiation

The whey is prepared using low temperatures without irradiation. This keeps as much protein as possible intact while making the whey protein concentrate food-safe.

The purity and quality have been tested by an independent laboratory.

Who is it intended for?

Organic cacao powder

The cocoa beans we use grow in areas around the equator. The climate and environment there are perfect for the beans to ripen naturally, giving the cocoa its distinctive flavour. To guarantee the best quality, the pods are harvested and selected by hand. Our cocoa is also carefully fermented and dried in the sun, which reduces its original bitterness. The cocoa is non-alkalised, which means it retains its natural acidity, rich polyphenol profile and characteristic aroma. The production process ensures that the nutritional value of the beans in the cocoa powder is largely preserved, without any additives.

Organic coconut blossom nectar

Our coconut blossom nectar comes from Indonesia. It is harvested by tapping the blossom of coconut palms – no refining, no bleaching, no synthetic processing. It is harvested without cutting the tree - regenerative and ecofriendly process.

Coconut blossom nectar has a glycemic index of about 35.

Halal?

The whey powder in this product is Halal certified. However, the facility where we produce and package the whey cacao is not Halal certified, nor is each batch produced in the presence and under the supervision of a Halal certification inspector.

The facility does adhere to the main principles of Halal certification and the Islamic code. The equipment used does not come into contact with haram products; the storage facilities are strictly separated and have no contact whatsoever with other haram products, etc.

Whey protein can be used in a variety of ways:

Recommended daily dose: Mix 1 scoop of powder (30 g) into 200 ml of water or other liquid of your preference. Store away from direct sunlight, tightly closed and in a dry place. Keep at a temperature from 10°C to 25°C.
