Bioavailable magnesium

KSM-66 Ashwagandha is a high-quality, reliable, effective extract of ashwagandha roots, where most of the active ingredients reside. It has been extensively studied in 24 clinical trials. Choline from two different sources

Mix one scoop (13 g) with 250 mL of water. Stir the drink well to dissolve all the powder.
