At NoordCode, we believe in using the purest ingredients. Our MCT oil comes from 100% organic coconut oil and is produced without the addition of palm kernel or rapeseed oil. The oil is carefully processed without chemical solvents. This ensures a high-quality pure oil, free from trans fats.

What Are MCTs?

MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides. These fatty acids have a length of 6 to 12 carbon atoms. Our MCT oil contains the important C8 and C10 fatty acids, which are absorbed more quickly and efficiently by the body than conventional fats. The caprylic acid (C8) in our oil is of particularly high quality, making up 60% of the composition. This makes our MCT oil an excellent source of readily available energy from fats.

Sustainably and Carefully Produced

NoordCode Organic Pure MCT Oil is derived from organic coconuts grown in India. We only use coconut oil, without any palm kernel or rapeseed oil. The coconut oil is processed into pure MCT oil in a specialised facility in Germany.

The purification is done through physical fractionation, which uses the different melting points of the fats in coconut oil. MCTs remain liquid longer as the coconut oil cools, while fats with longer chains crystallise and separate from the liquid MCTs. This purification method requires minimal heating, preserving the integrity of the MCT oil.

Additionally, we ensure the oil is packaged in glass bottles to maintain its purity.

How to Use NoordCode Organic Pure MCT Oil

This MCT oil is tasteless and odourless, making it ideal for adding to drinks, shakes, or meals without altering the flavour. It fits perfectly into a ketogenic or LCHF diet and provides an easy way to add extra healthy fats to your nutrition.

Use 1 tablespoon (15 ml) NoordCode Pure MCT Oil up to 3 times per day. Start with smaller dosages (1 teaspoon) and slowly increase over time, as your body gets used to it. Too much of MCT oil at once can cause stomach issues, especially when taken on an empty stomach.

NoordCode Pure MCT Oil is liquid at room temperature and can be used as an additional source of energy. Mix NoordCode Pure MCT Oil into your coffee, tea, smoothies, or use it in salad dressings, sauces, or cooking. Not recommended for use in high heat over 160 degrees Celsius.

One package of NoordCode Pure MCT Oil contains 500 mL, sufficient for 33 portions.
