Bone broth is an excellent source of collagen, especially types I and III, and other bone-supporting nutrients. The beef bone broth is made from organic, grass-fed European cattle. The cattle graze freely and are supplemented with hay and silage when pasture access is limited. The cows also receive a small amount of concentrate feed in winter to ensure consistent nutrition. The bones are slowly simmered, and the broth is dehydrated to preserve the nutrients. The bone broth powder is Halal certified.
