Joint, skin, sleep
"I got this for my mom (I use the unflavoured one in youghut, but she preferes to drink the orange one in water) and she gets better sleep and boosts her colagen intake for joints and skin. She likes it and will order again. The flavour is classic orange and it is not to chalky or hard to mix."
